(*) After each set of exercise you should take a rest. Either take a
brief walk around your exercises area or simply stand still.
Sitting down is permissible but not particularly recommended. In
the early stages of training, rest for 2 minutes between sets of
exercises. As u gain strength & stamina, try to reduce your rest
period. aim ultimately to rest only 1 minute between sets. As a
general guide, u should rest long enough for your breathing rate
to return to normal. |
