Previous Tips & Tricks:


 
 

(*)   After each set of exercise you should take a rest. Either take a brief walk around your exercises area or simply stand still. Sitting down is permissible but not particularly recommended. In the early stages of training, rest for 2 minutes between sets of exercises. As u gain strength & stamina, try to reduce your rest period. aim ultimately to rest only 1 minute between sets. As a general guide, u should rest long enough for your breathing rate to return to normal.


(*) Sports is not about overwhelming yourself with strenuous and hard exercising. You should try to enjoy your workout and listen to your body. Sports are largely about consistency and focus. It is about the wholeness of the mind, the body and the spirit.


(*)  Sports should not be looked upon as a "beautiful body" making tool. It certainly associates the interaction of a strong healthy body, good skillful performance and a stress free state of mind. The mix of all that will thus result in the beautiful shape.
